Hmmm you must be talking about the Lets face it video. The Thunderbolt in the video was first painted Black and yellow for a short time until switching to solid CD yellow. For the ads im not sure why they are colored that way. Maybe to catch the attention of buyers.

It appears to be pulled half way off its pole so possibly it suffered some damage.
