That is a very nice siren, but there's metal scraping sounds. Wish that he would run it up to full speed

Re: Post your Mystery Sirens here.

The siren in Winchester, VA looks very similar to Farmland, Indiana's old siren. It was a dual head vertical 9-12 port Fedelcode made in 1959. Federal made dual head versions of the vertical Fedelcode siren when someone requested a siren larger than the standard Model 5. This siren was not a common...

Re: Post your Mystery Sirens here.

I found these two mysteries while on holiday to Penang. (There are no spoiler options, so the images are HUGE) This siren has a green control box that's rather large. Looks like a shop built siren. http://i.imgur.com/yaHxGph.jpg Then we have this siren which resembles a short-horned Hormann. I suspe...

Re: Post your Mystery Sirens here.

Has anyone here ever been to the Glacier Park Lodge in Montana? I went there this summer and it looked like there was a small green siren on the roof. It looked a bit like a federal model X or something similar. It was on top of the chimney, but it wasn't connected by any pipes to the chimney, it w...
