Since I moved out of Bolling AFB in 2008, I've been wondering what kind of siren system they had. I was about five when I moved out, so I don't remember much about the system, except the fact that they're omnidirectional sirens. Does anyone know exactly what they are?

Figured. I wonder if West Shore Services took them, it would seem rather likely.

Used to live in D.C. back in 2006. I don't know about DC itself, but on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling AFB, they have omnidirectional sirens if I remember correctly. I think they were Whelen 2700 or 2800s?

I know that Fernald had installed the EOWS sirens around 1986 or 1987, but after the closure of the plant, what happened to the sirens?
