To me it looks more like that smaller version of the Model 5, wasn’t it the 5A? Either way, those cones are too far apart to be a model 3. Model 3s have two cones that are almost together.

Does anyone have decibel ratings for the Federal Signal ST-10 ? It’s a very rare model.
