Re: Games with Sirens in them.

In the introductory cutscene of Half-Life: Alyx, you can faintly hear a siren sounding attack in the distance when the Civil Protection begin searching the housing block. This is the first one that come to mind, but I know that there are other games I know with sirens, I’ll probably add to this post...

Re: UK Siren Map

Hello,

Just found two small sirens at the Port William Inshore Rescue building, I think that they are Gents but I may be wrong. Only one is in use.

Re: Mez H1/B2 in the UK

Greetings! Apologies for the wait, I've been procrastinating on making this video for a while. We replaced the bearings, and now it runs as smooth as butter! Also yes, Carl did accidentally smash in the bottommost bearing cover... we'll see what we can do about that later, heh. Anyway, I can't figur...

Re: The physics regarding a siren's pitch

Wow, this is really interesting! I'm not clever enough to really know what sort of constructive criticism to offer, but all I can say is I really look forward to seeing how this turns out! Re: What siren can be heard the furthest away?

The Penetrator-50 is the second loudest siren I believe, the loudest being Chrysler's V8-powered siren. It has a supposed range of 25 miles, which I think is a tough amount to beat.

We went down to Buttermere in the Lake District with my Secomak 447 yesterday to try and capture the echo from the mountains. Not gonna lie, it sounded GOOD. https://youtu.be/vANRkqqV-1U Have you ever thought about travelling down to the spirit energy system of 3 I-Forces? I don't think there are a...

Wow, that's an amazing (and unique) restoration job! I had no idea a traffic light-siren combination existed in this way, this is really interesting!

But then, this leads to another question: why ‘1000’? What significance does this number hold?

Re: Chino 2T22

I hope there's a hole in the bottom of the platform it's mounted on. If not, they've blocked the low-tone intake unfortunately.
