Alright, it's all back together and it runs like it should. I had to replace the star lock washer with a split ring, it seems to be working out alright. The only problem I am noticing is I get a little vibration when it winds down :? but it isn't really that bad. Now I am looking at rust removal.
If the bearing is going tight then your going to have to use the hammer and tap it on. put some kind of grease to help it go on easier, not oil. The grease will also help keep it from siezing. I have the bearing on, it's good to go. I'm just trying to put the the stator back on the housing, I think...
