A print/copy shop can reproduce them. You need to have a decent example to give them though. If memory serves me correctly, there is also an initial custom design charge as well on top of the individual cost.

Typically Federal Signal had a printed data decal on the outside of the door on the blue receiver/decoder housing that listed the receiver frequency and tone frequencies required for each function. If the ports are still open get a piece of wood insert it into the opening and pry the rotor in the opposite direction the fabric was pulled in. The wood will not be damaging to the components.
