There isn't a lot of streetview for the village, but it's also difficult to find anything with Google Earth's historical map as well. The quality worsens the older you go making it difficult to find anything remotely a siren.

There is a video of an air raid siren test in South Korea, and from what I remember it sounded more of a Wandel&Goltermann. The distinctive horns this one has, looks like a WandelGoltermann K-SE. Here it is what it sounds like when its sounding: M-bUxwiVBg4 Germany and I suppose Switzerland too ...

Telegrafia's site says 300W to 4800W. So, I guess 4 horns equate 600W meaning each horn has a 150W driver. Looks like your map contains 600W siren units and 1200W units, and can be distinguished just from the horn count on them knowing the driver wattages too. Helsem, Stranda, Linge, Geiranger = 600...

The horns look different to what ATI and ASC use so it can't be those manufacturers. Maybe the government had them commissioned through suppliers in the country but there isn't a lot to go by just from images alone.
