Re: Back in the Game

Back in the Game

Hey all, long time no talk. So I got West Lafayette's 1000AT today. I think it's an AT, big pig of a 3 phase blower motor that'll have to be changed, got an RCM that's all twisted up and an FCH controller too, but I digress, can't argue for $250 I'll have more questions I'm sure tomorrow, but for no...

Re: Unknown siren near Franklin, WI

Intriguing...It sounded more like an induction motor driven siren, came up really quick to a defined speed then wound down. Could be wrong I suppose.

Unknown siren near Franklin, WI

Hey all, I was laying a track for my dog at Drexel Park here in Franklin, and at approximately 1pm, I heard an 8 port siren do one cycle of attack and wind down. I wasnt sure if a fire dept had an old model 5 or something or if it was another enthusiast having a blast of their personal siren. Anyone...

Looking great Eric! I still remember the Mini-T when I first saw it, hard to believe it was almost 8 years ago lol! This is going to be even cooler, and CNC'd to boot! How did you find the time at work to write the toolpaths?

I know Duluth has 4 model 2's under a stairwell in the main station, I talked to the fire chief, and he said the city is giving them to a compan called Emco to restore and re-sell. It was very obvious he didn't want me to get one. Give it a shot though, he was a nice guy, maybe more persuasion will ...
