By looking at the siren it appears to be a 1st generation SD-10

I'll say model 3 because it wind up slower then a model 5

I know the first one is a 2/3t22. The attack wail sounds like some ASC/ACA siren. and the fast wail sounds like an eclipse

Yesterday our town's sirens were sounded all went well except the EOWS 612 failed to activate. My question is why does thunderbolt sound for a short time while the WHelen vortex souned for a whole 3 minutes?

Looks almost like an ACA sentry 95 or screamer with a modified housing. The three eyebolts on the top are dead giveaways. The siren is single tone though They made single tone screamers in 8 and 9 port versions. The ACA ad I've seen shows the sentry 95 having a 4/5 port ratio. It might be an Erik a...
