All of the Thunderbolts that I know of in Redford (Jaycee Park, East, North, and City Hall) are still in place and active last I checked. I heard a while ago they were due to be replaced but I guess Redford decided to keep the 'Bolts and use the 2001-130's as supplemental coverage.

Sounds very healthy! Did the problem end up being those loose brush holders? It wasn't the brush holders. But it was the rings that connect to the brush holders and supply electricity to them. They were loose and weren't on completely. Ah, my bad. I was just recalling the topic about it from memory.
