You can tell by the base, it is a model 28. The ID tag would have been mounted on the brush cover there's your answer ;) this man should know. I don't think it came with a mounting base. I have to ground the siren to the base that's attached to it.

Yes, we ran it off a boat battery. And hey, no problem, we don't know everything.
