I listened to that, sounds different than the dtmf I am used to, much different. The tones don't even sound like they're the same type of dtmf on a phone.

If I were him, I deffinetly wouldn't be able to handle the alarm system, the white residential alarms are ok, but I hate the red boxy looking alarms they have in most appartment buildings.
