Very much part of the footage, that siren that can be heard is on one of the Capitol Buildings which would have been across the street from where Governor Thornburgh is sitting. For all of the times I have been by there, I never saw that STH-10 sitting there... that is a pretty cool mount also!

At one time they also had a 3T22 there, it was taken down and moved to the Highland Park station also of Upper Darby Township
