Looking at a different topic here, there were something around 100+ ACA sirens in Riyadh (or Saudi Arabia) so I guess it may have been a beefy order large enough to knock them out.

At somewhere around 9:30, there's definitely something electromechanical that winds up that sounds like a 12 port siren.
