Using Google satellite I found two standing EOWS 612s at the CN railyards in Vaughan, a Modulator, and siren_dude located a third EOWS 612 that is laying on the ground next to the mod.

EOWS 612s:

I asked the fire dept and they do not have a siren system. That poster lied for whatever weird reason they had.
