I would go with Sentrys. They are (in my opinion) the most reliable sirens I know of that are still in production.

I'm still waiting on my mom to pay me back my money, before the siren I plan on buying gets slipped away. :x Anyway, model 2s shouldn't weigh that much, even though I've never picked one up, let alone seen one in person, so it shouldn't be that hard to ship.
