Pueblo County, CO has a network of Hormanns in place around the Pueblo Chemical Ordinance Storage Depot Complex. A LOT of shells containing mustard gas and other blister agents are stored there. Locals in the area even have Informer tone-alert radios in their homes.

T-121s are becoming rather common in the Arkansas Valley, along Co-96 with Avondale and another town nearby, Crowley, having them.

The same thing could be said for Colorado Springs... The OEM director officially trashed the idea of sirens, though many in the lower income areas of the city don't have access to 'new' media or the power could be out, cell sites overload, etc.

From memory, Federal Enterprises was the name from the 1930s into the mid 50s.
