Nope, it's gone. It would have been right near the natural gas meter. If you're talking about the gridded cage over the A/C units, that's to keep out copper thieves (welcome to Memphis)

I may be wrong...but I'm pretty sure those are the siren activation tones that tell the siren what to do. Some put the tones through to the speakers, some don't.

Bumping the topic because the siren is finished and back in service! Just drove past today and stopped to get some pics. To my knowledge...all of them were on buildings. This is the only one I know of that wasn't technically on a building (but it was close enough).
