Map of every MS and Lion King/Vixen siren in the wild

Just decided to make this map out of boredom but am starting to like it. This map features every known Motor Siren and Lion King/Vixen Horns siren out in the wild, excluding privately owned ones. Edited by me and Demetrius Padilla. If there's any missing locations then feel free to comment about the...

Re: Funniest Siren Fail/Malfunction You've Seen?

One of the funniest siren malfunctions I've seen in person is when the EOWS 115 in Hartford, Wisconsin was pulsing during its test due to low batteries. It was doing something similar to the Hormann siren in Nekoosa, WI. Thankfully, this siren has since been fixed. https://youtu.be/NvMOERMxH0A

Just wondering, Where was this originally located?
Your answer would be at the very first post in this discussion. (It was on an old building somewhere in Milwaukee, WI.)

I understand I don't have much info to give here but here is another Cosgrave photo that not many people may know about. It's in Oconomowoc, WI

Re: Post your leaning siren finds

Haven't posted in this topic in a while, so here I am again. This is a Darley Champion in Baird, Texas that has a moderate lean. If you look at different street view angles and times, you'll notice how the lean worsens as the years roll by. This is one angle: https://www.google.com/maps/@32.3944467,...

Re: University of Nebraska - Kearney

That indeed is a Sterling Model M. BTW it was found out that sirens like these are now called Model Ms, no longer M3s, M5s, M10s, K5s, etc.

How many amps can the generator run?
From what I can remember, it withstands about 500 amps at the very maximum. Theoretically, you can run a Cyclone or even a P-50 off of it.

Re: Lowest mounted Siren in US

Here's a pretty low ASC T-128 in Neopit, WI. It replaced an EOWS 115 a while ago. https://www.google.com/maps/@44.9805371,-88.8288741,3a,73.1y,333.46h,96.55t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1shDJzbCwhscIa5rQN2Dkokw!2e0!7i16384!8i8192 Just so you know I did post this exact siren on this forum not too long ago, it...

Where is it gonna take place?
Clearly you misread the announcement. As it always has been and ever will be, it's held at the Tesomas Scout Camp in Rhinelander, WI.
