Covering up holes on the stator will not lower the pitch. As for patching up the chopper, probably not a good idea to tinker with a fast-moving wheel like that. As for supercharging a siren, yes, you do want something really small that won't take up more air naturally than your compressor can provid...

They're doing nothing wrong in tinkering with old designs which have long-since expired out of any legal protection. Does make one wonder, though: what good would an old junker have in aiding product development? Then again, singe those guys most likely under warranty fix their own stuff and tinker ...

Judging by how most modern mechanical sirens run alert, wail and fast wail, I'm guessing the 'Tornado' and 'Emergency' button are alert and attack, respectively, with 'Other' running the siren in fat wail.

If I'm not mistaken there was a rumor a while back about the two hundred units that got shipped to Saudi Arabia, that they were supposedly never paid for, which dealt quite a financial blow to the company.
