That city should look at applying for homeland security funding for this project. The Federal Government has given out BILLIONS in homeland security funding. Am I halucinating or am I seeing a JD tractor sitting there with a loader that hasn't been stolen?

Getting that siren off the roof is a piece of cake and little damage will be done if some disassembly is done before making the pick.
