I believe it does, not 100% on that (I don't see why it wouldn't). Only one I know does for sure is the one at the Winthrop Station.

It looks like condensation that was built up being purged just prior to them sounding, if you have a humid day they will build up the condensation pretty well. That's exactly what it was. Clark County has no active sirens to my knowledge (correct me if I'm wrong). There are a few long deactivated Thunderbolts scattered around, most famously one right on top of McCarran international airport.
