This video was actually brought up in the old board and it was determined that it's one of Tulsa's dual toned Whelen 3016s. Also, as far as I know there aren't any Mods around Tulsa.

Way to assume. If you check the profile of the person who made the video it says they are from Kansas City which definetely has 2001s and no 3016s.

Actually the price of a T-128 or 2001 varies with the dealer. Here where I live T-128s with the same basic features (two-way status monitoring, battery backup, ect,...) and installation as the 2001 will cost about $17,000 to 18,000 while the 2001 costs $20,000.
