Unless replaced there is one of those behind the EB I-94 Battle Creek Rest Area. Last I knew Battle Creek tested their sirens on the 1st Saturday at 1 pm.

On the west side of the state once you go north of Big Rapids you are pretty much leaving Michigan siren country. Might find some sirens in the Western UP. I recall seeing a picture of a T-bolt in Ironwood a few years ago.

Now that you mention the 12:45 test time I remember at the time thinking it was odd that they didn't test at the top of the hour like most places do either at noon or 1PM on the first Saturdays here in Michigan.
