Sorry to bump this topic, but a good ol' ATL native *cough*Brendan*cough* found a former Model 5 mount.

It's located on top of an abandoned building at the intersection of Alabama & Forsyth.

So me, my dad, and my uncle were visiting Biloxi, MS for the weekend, and a couple of us decided to visit New Orleans, which was only like 90 minutes away. After walking around the downtown area, I decided to visit some defunct/former CD siren locations that survived Katrina (courtesy of Brendan W) ...

Nice to see that this beast still stands.

After owning a thunderbolt for over 2 years and wanting to do a new year's blast for quite some time, I finally pulled it off.

This is also the first time in a very long time that this siren has gotten to run.

2T22 and Darley Siren in Hot Springs, South Dakota.
