Yeah I noticed that too. It looks like the Civil Defense took of the paint on the Thunderbolt. I don't know why. Maybe they were repainting the siren?

Haha! Yeah that was funny to me too. That Thundebolt is still there today. Its set on Chopper level 7. I cant imagine myself trying to talk to someone near a Thundebolt thats set on level 7.

Wow this is the first time i've actually seen a real life prototype of the Thunderbolt. I've seen them in the Thunderbolt prototype in ads but... i've never seen a actual photo of the real life prototype thunderbolt.... Man.... This is quite a lot to take in for just one simple photo.
