Sloping horn

I was wondering the same thing. It probably had something to do with weight, leverage, and wind resistance combined with aging fiberglass.

The penetrator is at a water facility at 504 Magnolia Avenue. The 4004/Vortex is at a fire station at 241 El Dorado Boulevard.
