Whelen 4004 & 29XX at Valero Renewables in Jefferson County WI ??

Was looking around for sirens and I found what appears to be a Whelen 4004/Vortex and a Whelen 29XX at the Valero Renewables over on Jahn Road right in between Johnson Creek and Jefferson. Anybody know if these are actually what I think they are? Reason why I say is that Whelen's are very rare in Southeast Wisconsin

This was on google maps and it didn't say what year actually. They must be fairly new

I am just about positive those are indeed Whelens. My guesstimate on the 2900 would make it a 2904, though I could be a little off.
