Around two years ago, the Winkler Fire Dept. moved into a new fire station in a different part of the city. The old fire station had a Federal 7 hp(?) siren on the hose tower. I am curious to see if that siren is still there.
A lot of towns on the Prairies have sirens at the fire departments. A mix of Federal Signals, Canadian Carters, and CLM's.

The only CLM I know is still used is in Rouleau, Saskatchewan (Also know as Dog River in the show Corner Gas). Its an Omni-Directional CLM (on the fire hall) and wasn't used for quite some time but they recently started using again.
