I don't know where some 3012 are. But I can remember that someone in the German forum wrote, that he saw some 3012. But I have to look after the post again. Maybe I messed the 3012 with the 2008 up again. My brain loves to mess up things :/

Why would the Netherlands remove their siren system when much of their country could be instantly flooded with the failure of a dike or two?

From the article, it sounds like money is the reason why they're getting rid of the sirens.
