Either an Alertronic or ADT ClearWarning.
Seen a: KM Europ, small Klaxon siren and a Gents' of Leicester "ahooga" horn.
Also a big fan of both Apollo and Protec fire alarms.

Looks to be a planar speaker. Perhaps an ADT Clear Warning? One thing I do see though is that i it mounted in a sports field with audience stands in. It could be a standalone PA system for that as I see no control cabinet.

That is for sure an ADT ClearVoice. PeachtreeSirens would have more info on that unit, as he originally found it a while back and may or may not have visited it.
