I miss the old sirens but the T-128's are about as good as you can get in terms of sound quality of newer sirens.

Are any of the old t-bolts still active, or are they all decommissioned now?

Some of them are still active, even if their replacement has been installed, and is also active. While others have been decommissioned because of the replacement being installed, even if the replacement is not active yet. Only for a few of them have none of us seen a replacement yet that are supposed to have a replacement.
