That is a HLS F71. That wind down kinda reminds me of how the Hurrican's chopper is windmilled by the blower.
The other siren in the last video could be a F71 or some other HLS variant going off the really strong wind down. They can get pretty high in pitch on some good batteries.

I've always liked this one from own Tyler Shaw. It kind of reminds me of what Morris, IL used to sound like, minus the 2001s. None of the 9/12 sirens in the system are heard, which is a good thing in my opinion.

These caught my attention when I found them a little while ago. Vinemont, Alabama - featuring a bunch of Vortexes in fast wail in the middle of the night. Winddowns and windups both feature as well - it sounds like there are both 560 and 440 hertz sirens in the mix.

Whenever I think of siren ambience (specifically scary) is the ambience of a ACA Cyclone. In this video you can also hear a Federal Signal Model 2 but listen more to the ACA Cyclone. (also what makes this video even scarier is the fact there is a raging inferno going on)
