Go home Sentry, you're drunk!

Wed Jul 08, 2015 11:53 pm

I've been working on adding sirens in various parts of Ohio to PugetSoundStormWatch's map, and found this in Green, Ohio (about halfway between Canton and Akron): https://goo.gl/maps/GCjKs

Hah that does look pretty rough. Also funny to see they replaced their M-10....with an M-10.

It almost looks like the horns might have been damaged in a hail storm or something. Or maybe the horns were replaced and instead of buying new ones someone shaped the cones (appearently poorly) out of sheet metal.

Well, it doesn't do you any good to minimize your coverage.
In my opinion, I think there way too many 2001's in Indiana!

Why are there 2 ports right next to each other?
I have an unhealthy obsession with mini sirens.

From what i understand, two ports per horn on the high tone side. Although a Sentry that has 16 horns on top and 8 on the bottom would be an interesting design!
