Another ACA Cyclone in Amarillo

Sat Oct 17, 2015 8:25 pm

Conner Stines went with me to get this recording. This siren is located at 45th and Bell St. The city is slowly replacing the small sirens with 508's but these are all still up. Hope for along time too!

Yeah. Isn't a P-50 a rotating Cyclone turned on it's side with a big bucket :P50: around it?

Pretty much. The rotor and stator design is used off of the Cyclone 120.
Down to a Thunderbolt chopper, still a few goofy flashlight-siren combos, and a Model L.

Edit.. I got so confused.. I for some reason read "P50" instead of cyclone.. whoops :/ Ignore anyone who saw what I typed :P
I own: One complete SiraTone, another SiraTone control module, a 1600W MC, 2 old ATI controllers, 2 round ATI horns with drivers, a ATI-DSA 4 thing, a Federal Signal FC, AR timer and Siratrol, and a small CD&F.

He's right, the cyclone 120 stator is what's used on the P-50.
