Ontario Alert Ready System Test

The Alert Ready System is being tested nation-wide today. This was Ontario's test. I think using this channel it went off twice with CTV using their in house system and my cable provider setting their alert off.

I like how you need to press exit to clear the alert. I am assuming that is on the cable feed. Here in Michigan when Comcast does an EAS alert the cable box will lock and the message will scroll the alert. After scrolling the alert programing will resume. So if you are out of the room you may miss the alert.

The pop-up is coming from the cable provider and it probably would have kept going if I didn't hit exit. The red scroll is from the CTV channel.
