Happy Labor Day! Today, I went to Royal Center, IN to record a Thunderbolt, however nobody was there to set it off. Fortunately, I contacted Huntington County EMA to ask if they were testing, and they said they were. So I went to this Screamer in the city of Huntington located near Memorial Park. Siren was tested about three minutes late in 40 second alert.

Has the replacement of their sirens actually been confirmed, or is this just assumed since they've replaced 2 or 3 recently?
