That is not a Diaphone. That appears to be a Faraday or Benjamin horn.

The horn is an Edwards 372 "Fire Horn" Adaptahorn, the small siren as mention is an older L.

This summer I went by Pequot Lakes, MN and saw what I believe is a Soundmaster 115. I might have confused it with the ACA lookalike. Can anyone confirm this?

If it is a Soundmaster, it could be the last one in Minnesota. There used to be two in Columbia Heights but both were removed and one was replaced with a 2001-130.
Edit: Dang, anyone know how to attach screens shots from a Samsung Galaxy s6 edge? I'm not very smart.
Profile picture was done by a player on the robocraft forums. Josh555 edited it to 140 by 140 pixels. Thanks!

The Columbia Heights soundmasters were replaced with 2 2001s. One on 49'th and another one was newly installed near a playground. :O

These two are probably nothing but they are too suspicious for me to pass up.
The one on the metal tower is quite small but I can't think of what else it would be plus it looks like a small siren of some sort. The other one is in a local park near a nature center. It is probably just a decoration or something but the conduit going up to it is throwing me off.

The second one looks like a rainfall meter to me.

I have never heard of an electronic rainfall meter. but after googling it, apparently they do exist. That must be what it is since it is near a nature center with a weather station. Any ideas on the second one?

He just said what the second one is. It's possible the first one may be an antenna of sorts.
