Is this the same motor as a Q siren?

I went to Ebay and searched for "Starter motors" and found a starter motor for an EZ Go Golf Cart Motor. This looks exactly like the Q siren's motor. I remember someone saying that the motor was just an old starter motor. The EZ Go Starter Motor has the same flat black body and screws on the motor housing. Some had a bracket on the shaft end that had the same screw patter as the Q stator. The gear on the motor shaft is removable and is threaded. I wounder if it's the same motor. If it is, WOW it would be much cheaper!

Can you cross reference the parts to see if they are the same?
