Looked at some reference pictures and it looks exactly like one from the fandom.
Nice find.
Proud owner of a Lion King LK-100 hand crank siren. I also can also brag about riding behind a "Climax" locomotive...almost 10 years later.

This one kind of looks like the one in New Babylon, NY. It has a similar housing design. Just something I noticed.

This one looks pretty similar to a Mach. 5 I found near me. The taller lower section of the housing usually indicates a single-phase siren (or in my case a two-phase one).

I would agree, it certainly looks like a Mach 5. But who knows? It could be either.
