2 hp I think. I know they pull a ton of current and are very strong. I left a pair of vice grips on the rotor while it was on the ground for repairs. Accidentaly applied power and the thing fliped over. They weigh a ton too. That's a strong motor. The motor on those sirens is used for a starter motor on some big golf carts.
It's been a while since I've seen pics of one of those apart but I remember thinking that the Q2 motor looks just like an old Ford starter motor. It must be pretty close in power to a starter motor to run that big chopper on that thing.
