Eerie echo those sirens make when the sound bounces off those buildings. Needless to say, voice you have to admit isn't very clear with the large reverb. :)

What was that noise the sirens made before they wound up after the voice announcement? Is it the Federal Signal sirens equivalent noise to the DTMF tones blaring out of a Whelen?
