I wish you can find a better photo of that siren on the right. However, it sure looks like it might be a Sterling vertical model of some sort, maybe in the five horsepower size.

Checking the site where you found that photo might help :P

It's at the Hanna Township Volunteer Fire Department in LaPorte County, Indiana.

I can't find an exact address but it appears to be near Hanna, Indiana, which is 92 miles west of Fort Wayne.
