A) Send us money
B) That was before we rewrote the Laws of Physics
C) You need carbon credits to hear that
D) Second hand smoke is bad for you
E) We can sell you carbon credits
F) Please buy cigaretts so we can spend the tax money
G) Did I forget to mention I was a hero in VeietFnam?
H) If it makes money its fact.
