Does anyone know of that one really famous t-bolt 1003 somewhere in NY i think that has the solenoids operating as it winds down?

It does not sound like the solenoids are in very well sync. Either that or There is two thunderbolts in pulse 1 in a high tone and 1 in a low tone.
