I would go with Sentrys. They are (in my opinion) the most reliable sirens I know of that are still in production.

Most likely we will get Sentrys since we already have one that's fairly new - installed sometime in the late 90's.
If I remember correctly I think Dickson installed the Sentry siren at the industrial park around 2002 or 2003. I know it wasn't very long ago because I remember it being on the news.
