Interesting that they use ascending and descending high low for Tornado warning. The old 1212s and 612s had this mode.

I believe it was said that during one of the rounds of siren activations, the city sounded the "Fast Wail" and on the older Mods, that was the Hi-Low Wail signal.

Spot on!

Listen closely in that video. The mod in Alternating Hi-Low definitely is in the foreground, but in the background is a Mod on Fast Wail.
