Got a chance to set off the 2

Sun Oct 18, 2009 4:15 pm

Well after about two years of having this 2 I finally got a chance to set it off for a good run. It needs some work as you can probably tell. Also just gave it a new coat of paint. I'm actually quiet surprised how loud this siren is on a pole. I'm putting together a to do list for it and so far I need brushes and bearings for it and need to re-grease it. Let me know if I should do anything else with it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dz4nKRcUD1Y

I think you have the wrong video. That's Archons 2T, not your 2.
Time casts a spell on you, but you won't forget me......

Installed a set of neoprene sealed bearings instead of the greasable type.

Doesn't sound the best, but hey! At least you got it on 110vac. Next time try 120.

The difference between 110 and 120 is so small you would not notice the little change that occured.

There is a minor pitch difference. At least I hear that.
