EOWS 1212 malfunction from todays test Cincinnati

Here's my video of the 1212. Once again I picked the wrong 1212 this one is busted, but I got good ambiance of the Thompson Rd. Tbolt , New Haven Rd. 1212 and the Dunlap Station T-128. This 1212 popped upon activation which leads me to believe the sound card is blown.
